Best Thai food on the east side. This is the go to spot we always order from when you want a delicious dinner, especially to go.

Some of the best Thai food I have ever had. My buddy and I split the fried chicken, chicken basil, beef/cashew stir fry, and egg rolls... SO UNBELIEVABLY EXCELLENT. This place rocks. Cool atmosphere. And the service was great, too. Can't recommend highly enough.

Legit thai food in Altadena. Their khao soi was one of the best I've ever had in LA. They nailed all the flavors and ingredients. The portion was pretty filling too. Customer service could use some work. We walked in and no one at the counter acknowledged us for a while. Not the most friendliest establishment The space is TINY. 3 small tables and a long table inside, and 2 medium tables outside.

Pasadena has a lot of Thai restaurants. I thought I'd tried them all until I saw this new location pop up on my yelp search. I visited today for the first time and was very glad I did. The food, ambiance and service were all top notch. The dining area is small but very well decorated in a retro style that was tons of fun, kudos to their designer, I felt like I walked through a 1970's time warp, in a good way. We came for lunch and were seated inside, there are two outdoor tables as well but the summer heat was a bit much. We ordered the coconut soup, yellow curry and pad see uw. Every dish was a 5 out of 5. The, presentation, flavor and portions were all perfect. For those who like it hot, they have a selection of spicy condiments at each table to kick the flavor into high gear. I could say more about how much I liked this spot, but I think that's enough, I want to make sure I can still get a table here next time I visit.

Miya is amazing and only a 4m walk from my apartment!! The food is amazing, I've only gotten amazing food from here, but I am pescatarian so I can't vouch for the meat side of the menu but my family just got fried chicken yesterday and it looked amazing and they enjoyed it! The service is minimal as you take your order and then find a seat to eat at. Everyone who works there has been nice and accommodating! The ambiance is very unique and home feeling, the establishment is very small so expect a wait during peak hours and weekends! Again, I'm a short walk so I love enjoying the ambiance when it's not as busy, because it's cozy and cute inside. A reward system would be nice if integrated, but I'd come here anyway because the food is great. Also a Yelp waitlist during peak rush hours might be convenient due to minimal seating. I do appreciate being able to order online through Toast.

WOW this place was delicious. This spot is very small so be sure to come off hours or be prepared for a wait. There are (2) small tables outside on the sidewalk as well. Our group of 4 with a dog sat outside on a sunday afternoon and it was actually really nice. We parked in the back and on the street so there was plenty of parking. The tables outside can be a bit wobbly and small so we were careful not to spill any drinks or lean on the table. I love how they have a sauce stand for those sitting outside so that we had more table space. We ordered a bunch of stuff and got to try a bit of everything. My favorite was Panang Beef, Eggplant Basil, and Basil Chicken Stir Fry. I don't even like eggplant, but the way this place cooks it is soo flavorful, savory and delicious. The Panang Beef is sweet so it pairs well with everything else we had, but the soup is also savory and delicious. Finally the Basil Chicken, just the right amount of spice and saltiness. Overall the experience was great. The service is attentive and welcoming and their food is delicious. Definitely recommend checking out this restaurant if you haven't already.

GREAT PAD KEE MOW WITH SHRIMP ============================== I'd been wanting to try the Thai food at Miya for months, but previously they were only open for dinner. I really didn't feel like driving all the way to Altadena for dinner when we have good Thai food near my home. In the past week I found out that Miya was now open for lunch, so I thought I would go pick something up. Miya is open every day except Monday for lunch from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.. Check their complete hours for dinner on the Yelp ap. I decided to get there right when they opened at 11:00 a.m. to get a jump on the crowd and snag street parking. Normally chicken and yellow curry is what I order at every Thai restaurant, but I asked what part of the chicken they use. They told me they used the chicken thigh, so I decided to order the pad kee mow with shrimp. The standard price for that dish is 15.00, but shrimp is $3.00 extra. It was delicious. I took a photo of the complete dish which filled my plate, but I was only going to eat half. It took all of my willpower not to eat the whole thing even though I was stuffed.

Cute place! it's not very big but it is super cute! love the decor and vibes! All women working here! Women cooking and women at the front taking orders, I loved it. They were friendly, caring and passionate about their food - which was delicious! I came here with 2 friends, so there were 3 of us. We scored a table for 3 in the window. We enjoyed Pumpkin Red Curry with chicken, Tom Kha Mushroom, Fried Veggie Spring rolls and Pad Siew I highly recommend this place and know I will be back soon! ***parking was easy. free street parking right there on Lake. I saw available parking on the side streets as well.

First off, I'd like to compliment the decor in the area. Its very retro with the pachinko machine in the corner, all the figurines, and even the vintage television playing some sort of drama. 10/10 on the ambiance here. We got the pad kee mao drunken noodles, the thai pumpkin curry, the green curry, and mango sticky rice. The pad kee mao was great with little bits of baby corn and tomatoes. Flavorful and slightly spicy. The thai pumpkin curry was fantastic but caught me and my partner off guard with its level of forward spicyness. Very pleasant with the pumpkin chunks and bit that added to the sweetness and complexity of the dish. The green curry was very kefir lime forward was great. Mango sticky rice is slightly salty which caught my partner off guard but was a very welcome addition to a great dish. Having ripe mangoes in the fall/winter really impressed us. Thai tea was standard thai tea. The service was very kind and quick to get us our food. Definitely a place to come back to if not just for the ambiance itself.
